Hi Jay – If you had about 5 or 6 days – On the Gudbrandsdalsleden path you could start around Skjepphaugen or if you want to do the St. Olavsleden Trail (the one that starts in sweden) you could start around Bredingsberg. My mother worked in housekeeping and my memories were that the staff and atmosphere felt like a home. I remember hanging poolside all day with a friend whose mother was a bar hostess right off the main dining hall. We were not guests, but we’re still treated like one with waiters bringing us Shirley Temples and French fries for lunch. As a 9, 10, and 11 yr olds, we felt regal, safe, and so grown up. Many fond memories I will always cherish. I wish the remaining resources could benefit families in need who enjoy hard work and pulling together to birth something new, resourceful, and beneficial economically , environmentally and educationally. Promote unity and oneness as well as addressing vital community needs????Thankyou Molokai for teaching me about life????
