Yes – that’s the hard part. You either fly into Moab and out of Denver (or vice versa) or you rent a car and go back to the Denver and buy a round trip ticket in/out of Denver. You may want to check out Rome2Rio.com for other shuttle options.

I’m not sure about the least expensive – but there is an airport in Moab and you could fly out of there. I would weigh that against the cost of renting a car and gas cost. I don’t know of any bus/shuttle – but I honestly haven’t looked into it ever. I hope you love the train trip!!
