Yes – I would like to keep up the biking for sure somehow. Need to invest in one first I suppose! Working on it!

I am so glad to hear your bike tour was a success! It really is such an amazing way to see a country. This one sounds so amazing, especially the picnic lunches. I also really really love getting out there with the next generation, they really remind me what I’m working for and what life can continue to be. Ed and I always joke that in 20 years we will have to rebrand from amazing adventures for ordinary people to amazing adventures for elderly people…lol! You were right to about biking and knees, biking played such an intagral for me in recovering from my bilateral knee replacements, I could ride 10 miles before I could comfortably walk around a Walmart! Now post replacements, it is still my primary source of cardio. Perhaps one day we can log some miles togeather 😉
